Luke London

Originally hailing from Cairns in Far North Queensland, Luke packed all his worldly possessions into his 2006 Honda Accord and journeyed through blistering heat and freezing cold before eventually running out of petrol in Melbourne in 2021. During his time at the Victorian College of the Arts (VCA) he performed in ‘Morning Melodies’ (dir. Tyran Parke, 2023) as well as in the ensemble of ‘Heathers’ (dir. Alistair Smith, 2023) and ‘Spring Awakening’ (dir. Petra Kalive, 2024) Finishing with a bang, Luke played Christopher Belling in ‘Curtains’ (dir. Roger Hodgman, 2024). This year, Luke has worked on multiple Australian Shakespeare Company productions, covering a variety of roles in Glenn Elston’s classic adaptation of ‘Wind in the Willows’, as well being an onstage swing in ‘Jungle Book: The Next Chapter’ at the Capitol Theatre. Luke has also enjoyed touring with Echelon Productions, having recently taken part in ‘Treasure Hunt’ for Children’s Book Week in schools around Victoria. Off stage, Luke enjoys whimsical adventures (road trips), writing silly little songs, and assembling IKEA furniture. Love to Freddie, Reilly and Mum.
